Frank V. Costello

Frank V. Costello is a partner at McCarthy, Coombes & Costello LLP in Hartford, CT.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board.  Prior to entering private practice he clerked at Hartford Superior Court.  Attorney Costello is recognized by the Connecticut Bar Association as a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and devotes almost 100% of his time to representing injured workers.  He has written and lectured on workers' compensation issues and has served on the Board of Editors for Compensation Quarterly since 2001.  He is the current Editor and Chief.  Attorney Costello was the Chairman of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association’s workers’ compensation section for the 2009 to 2010 term.  He is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.  He is also a member of the Connecticut and Hartford County Bar Associations and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
